This policy explains what personal information East Anglia Moves collects when you request a quote, book a move or contact us, how we use it, how long we keep it and the rights you have under UK GDPR. We collect only what is needed to quote and carry out your move: name, contact details, addresses, move dates and any special requirements you tell us about.

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the staff and subcontractors carrying out your move, and with service providers who host our systems or send our emails. Records are kept for as long as required for accounting and insurance purposes, then deleted. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold by emailing info@eastangliamoves.co.uk.
