Terms and Conditions

These terms cover quotations and estimates, booking and deposits, payment, cancellation and postponement, your responsibilities as a customer, our liability, insurance, prohibited goods, access and parking, delays, storage, specialist items, claims, subcontracting, data protection and governing law.

On insurance: we hold goods-in-transit insurance up to £20,000 per van and public liability insurance. Our standard contractual liability is limited to £50 per item; where an item is worth more, our goods-in-transit policy may provide further cover subject to the insurer's terms and any excess. Please declare unusually valuable items in writing before the move.
