Clearing a property is often difficult, especially after a bereavement. We work quietly and respectfully, set aside anything you have asked us to keep, and leave the property swept and ready to hand over.

Usable furniture and household goods are donated or passed on wherever possible, and the rest is separated for recycling rather than sent straight to landfill.

Working with executors and agents

We are used to dealing with solicitors, executors and letting agents, and can attend with keys, send photographs of the finished property and work to a deadline set by a completion or check-out date.

Part clearances

You do not have to clear everything. Many jobs are a single room, a garage, a loft or the items left behind after a move, and are quoted the same way.

How a move with us works, step by step

1. Tell us about the move. Call, WhatsApp or send the quote form with your addresses, property size and preferred date.
2. Free survey. For anything from two bedrooms upwards we visit (or do a video walk-through) so nothing is missed.
3. Written quote. You get a fixed, itemised price — crew size, vehicles, packing, materials and any storage.
4. Confirm the date. A 20% deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance is payable on the packing/loading day or as stated in your written quotation.
5. Packing day (optional). If you have booked packing, we normally pack the day before.
6. Moving day. The crew protects the property, loads, transports and places furniture in the rooms you point to, then reassembles what we dismantled.
