In short: Full packing, part packing or materials only — fragile and high-value items wrapped so nothing arrives damaged.

Packing takes far longer than most people expect. A three-bedroom house is usually two full days of work, which is why so many moves end with a frantic final night. Our packing team does a whole house in a day, normally the day before the move.

You choose the level: full packing where we handle everything, part packing for kitchens, glassware and breakables only, or we simply drop off quality materials for you to pack yourself.

• Double-walled boxes, wardrobe cartons, tissue and bubble wrap
• Kitchen, glass, china and picture packing by trained packers
• Every box labelled by room and contents
• Essentials left accessible so you can live normally the night before
• Optional unpacking and box collection after the move

What we pack the day before

Typically everything except beds, toiletries, kettle and the kids’ essentials. That keeps the house liveable on the last night while removing the pressure from moving morning.

Fragile and high-value items

Glassware, china, mirrors, artwork and collectables are wrapped individually and boxed with proper cushioning. Unusually valuable pieces should be declared in writing before the move so cover can be confirmed.

How a move with us works, step by step

1. Tell us about the move. Call, WhatsApp or send the quote form with your addresses, property size and preferred date.
2. Free survey. For anything from two bedrooms upwards we visit (or do a video walk-through) so nothing is missed.
3. Written quote. You get a fixed, itemised price — crew size, vehicles, packing, materials and any storage.
4. Confirm the date. A 20% deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance is payable on the packing/loading day or as stated in your written quotation.
5. Packing day (optional). If you have booked packing, we normally pack the day before.
6. Moving day. The crew protects the property, loads, transports and places furniture in the rooms you point to, then reassembles what we dismantled.
