We relocate offices, shops, salons, surgeries and small industrial units across East Anglia. The aim is simple: you close on Friday in one building and open on Monday in the next, with desks built, IT in place and boxes labelled by person and department.

Larger commercial moves are surveyed properly first — we walk both premises, check lift access and loading bays, agree a floor plan and a timed schedule, then put it in writing.

IT and sensitive equipment

Screens, printers and server kit are wrapped and crated rather than loose-loaded. We ask your IT contact to disconnect and reconnect the network, and we handle everything physical between those two points.

Archives, storage and clear-outs

Old furniture, redundant filing and end-of-lease clearance can be handled in the same visit, with items donated or recycled where possible so you hand back an empty, clean unit.

How a move with us works, step by step

1. Tell us about the move. Call, WhatsApp or send the quote form with your addresses, property size and preferred date.
2. Free survey. For anything from two bedrooms upwards we visit (or do a video walk-through) so nothing is missed.
3. Written quote. You get a fixed, itemised price — crew size, vehicles, packing, materials and any storage.
4. Confirm the date. A 20% deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance is payable on the packing/loading day or as stated in your written quotation.
5. Packing day (optional). If you have booked packing, we normally pack the day before.
6. Moving day. The crew protects the property, loads, transports and places furniture in the rooms you point to, then reassembles what we dismantled.
